Buford's Collie Squadron --- Flipper?

Baltimore Harbor :

We see many boats settled out on the water.  We focus in on one of them.
There is an adult male and female in the boat.  They are relaxing.

Woman-"Honey you were right, this boat is an excellent way to relax!"

Man-"Thanks dear and.  HEY!  Look at that!"

Woman-"What?"

The woman looks towards where the man is.  There is a dorsal fin sticking out 
of the water.

Woman-"EEK!"

Man-"Calm down honey.  It's just a dolphin!"

More of the fins appear.

Man-"Looks like a school of them!"

Woman-"Whew.I thought it was a shark!"

Man-"I can understand, but don't worry!  Dolphins are harmless!"

Suddenly the boat is rammed by the dolphins.  The two inside begin shaking, 
eventually they fall into the water as the boat capsizes and sinks.  Meanwhile, 
elsewhere in the harbor:  We see Vicki, Molly, DJ and Misty walking along the 
beach.  They are in casual attire.

DJ-"Man it's so beautiful out here!"

Molly-"And that sea breeze really feels good on a warm day like this!"

Vicki-"I'm glad I got out of work to enjoy this !It's a LOT better than sitting 
in a court room all day!"

Misty-"I'm just glad to be out here!  I've really wanted to get to know everyone 
better."

DJ-"Don't worry Misty, you're fitting in already!"

Misty-"Really?"

Molly-"Sure!  You've already made lots of friends, like Uncle Amos and Aunt 
Hannah."

Vicki-"And you helped out on the last mission where you guys met those Dixie 
Cats."

Misty-"Aw shucks."

Suddenly a loud BOOM is heard.  There stands Otto and Sam.

Otto-"Sorry to interrupt your 'vacation' but we have a mission to do!"

DJ-"Aw shoot!  Oh well.  Let's go so we can get it over with."

Another BOOM!  They are now at mission control.  The four get into their armor 
and head to the briefing room.

Master-"Collie Squad, I have a mission for you.  In Baltimore Harbor there have 
been a series of dolphin attacks."

Ben-"Dolphins?"

Master-"Yes, dolphins.  I want you to investigate it right away!"

Sam-"We're on it sir!"

A BOOM shakes the room and the whole Squad is gone.  They reappear near a large 
ship.

Ben-"All right, Vicki and Abby, I want the two of you to go fly out above the 
water.  If you see any sign of a dolphin, tell us and we'll be there as fast as 
we can."

Abby "flames on" and Vicki takes off.  The two begin flying over the ocean.  
They look down.

Vicki-"Nothing yet."

Abby-"Wait, look over there Vicki!"

Abby points to a group of dorsal fins poking out of the water.

Vicki-"That's what we're looking for all right!"

The two fly back to the location where the others were.

Abby-"We found them out in about the middle of the harbor."

Ben-"Ok then , everyone else get into the boat."

The remaining Collie Squad gets into the boat.  They begin following Vicki and 
Abby.

Roger-"Dad, if these ARE the dolphins, what are we going to do?"

Ben-"My plan is to find them and go after them to see where they come from."

Otto-"I believe your strategy needs a little updating Ben.  I suggest we get in 
the SCUBA gear and go under to see WHY they're attacking the boats."

Ben-"I see your point Otto.  All right, we'll try it."

Suddenly the boat is rammed hard.  Abby and Vicki land.  Abby "flames off".

Abby-"What's going on?"

Linda-"Quick!  Here!"

Linda throws the two each a SCUBA suit.  They quickly slip into them.

Vicki-"You're not suggesting we go IN the water with those crazy dolphins?!"

Sam-"Actually sis, she is!"

Sam leaps into the water.  The boat begins to sink.

Abby-"I guess we've got no choice now!"

The two leap in.

Vicki-"Hey where are the others?"

Suddenly Vicki is hit from behind.  All becomes darkness.  Hours later.  We see 
the whole Collie Squad chained on a wall.

Parvo-"Well hello Collie Squad!"

DJ-"Parvo!"

Roger-"What do you want you sadistic psycho?"

Parvo-"Oh my, how rude of me!  I nearly forgot!  I'd like to introduce you to 
my dolphin-mutants!  They're strong, agile and extremely intelligent!"

Molly-"So that's what's been causing all the problems!!!"

Parvo-"Ha !And yes, and by such a harmless creature!"

Misty-"Hey!  That's mean!"

Parvo-"Well I'm evil, figure it out foolish girl!"

Parvo sits down.

Parvo-"I can't trust my cano-mutants to do the job so I decided to use a much 
smarter mammal.  I also implanted a water system for it.  It can stay out of 
water for three whole days, but after that it must reenter the ocean."

Abby-"Why do WE always have to face the new mutants, huh?"

Parvo-"QUIET!  ALL OF YOU!  I'll be leaving now, sit tight while I conquer the 
world!"

Parvo laughs and exits the room.

Ben-"Linda, can you slip through these?"

Linda-"Sorry dad, my powers can't slip through this stuff!  I don't know why 
though!"

Otto-"Hmm, with further analysis it appears to be similar to the materials that 
make up a spider's web."

Misty-"You mean I'm in stuff that came out of a spider?!?!?!  EEEEEEEEW GROSS!!!!"

Sam-"Now hold on sis, we've got to keep a cool head in this situation."

Prairie Rose-"I can't use my growing powers to break out of this stuff either!"

Dolphin-"HAHAHA!!!"

The dolphin-mutants begin laughing wildly.


Dolphin2-"Man, no one told me dogs were so amusing!!!"

Dolphin3-"It's a shame we'll have to destroy them."

Dolphin4-"Don't worry, according to our master we'll have PLENTY of these 'Road 
Rovers' to play with."

Dolphin-"Good!"

Molly-"Man, if only there was some way out of this mess.  Wait a minute!  Misty,
use your mind control abilities!"

Misty-"It's worth a shot."

Misty looks into one of the dolphins eyes.

Misty-"Get us out of these constraints."

Dolphin-"NO!"

Misty-"Huh?"

The dolphin kicks Misty in the gut.

Dolphin-"Stupid dog!  My mind is too strong for your little parlor tricks!"

Ben-"HEY!  Lay off her!"

Dolphin2-"Heh, looks like this old guy has some life in him."

The dolphin-mutant draws his laser gun.

Dolphin2-"I can fix that!"

The mutant prepares to pull the trigger.  Suddenly he begins choking.

Dolphin3-"What is it?"

Dolphin2-"Water."

Dolphin3-"That's right, you haven't been to the ocean in at least 3 days!"

Otto takes advantage of the situation by using his laser beams to cut himself 
free while the dolphins take their friend out to the submarine's hatch.  He 
quickly frees the other members.

DJ-"Whew that was close!  Thanks for the save Otto."

Ben-"Are you ok Misty?"

Misty-"Yeah, I'm fine."

The door opens.

Dolphin-"Hey how'd you guys get out?!"

Ben-"Just this."

Ben fires electricity out of his hands.  The dolphins are easily disposed of.

Molly-"Water and electricity don't mix."

Vicki-"That was shocking dad!"

Linda-"That was a bad pun Vicki!"

Ben-"Now girls."

Both-"Sorry dad."

DJ-"We should probably take these guys back to mission control to restore them 
to their original state."

Otto-"I agree, but I have a little gift for Parvo."

DJ-"Gift?"

Otto takes a bomb out of his pocket.  He sets it on the wall.  BOOM !  The 
Collie Squad reappears in Mission Control with the dolphins.  Otto pushes a 
button .BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM !!!!!

Parvo-"Huh?!"

The whole sub blows sky high.  Parvo flies in the air.

Parvo-"*sigh* I think I know how Team Rocket feels now."

Later.

Uncle Buford-"Great job Collie Squad!  The dolphins have returned to normal and 
have been returned to the harbor."

Ben-"No problem Uncle Buford, that's what we're here for."

DJ-"I just hope Parvo never decides to use those mutants again!"

Buford-"I do too DJ, I do too."

The End ???
